FishHawk Locksmith.
Car keys for FishHawk Ranch & Lithia.

FishHawk Ranch, Lithia & Boyette Road

Lost a car key in FishHawk, or need a fob for the second car? Zoom Locksmith is mobile, so the van comes to you — a driveway in FishHawk Ranch or Lithia, a lot near Park Square, wherever the car happens to be — and for most makes and models, the key gets made and programmed on the spot. Lockouts, stuck ignitions and home locks too. A free quote takes one call and your car’s year, make and model.

Neighborhoods

FishHawk Ranch & Lithia.

Between the Alafia River to the north and Boyette Road to the south, with Valrico across the river and Riverview to the southwest.

  • FishHawk Ranch

A planned community made up of several villages — push-to-start fobs, spare keys and car lockouts handled in the driveway, whichever village you’re in.

  • Park Square

FishHawk Ranch’s town center — keys locked in the car or lost on an errand, opened or made where the car is parked.

  • Starling at FishHawk

Built on land that was undeveloped wildlife habitat before — move-in rekeys, smart deadbolts and a second fob for the car in the driveway.

  • Boyette Road

FishHawk’s southern edge, toward Riverview — car lockouts, flip keys and ignition repair at the car.

  • Lithia Pinecrest Road

The road north toward Valrico — lost keys, dead fobs and stuck ignitions handled where the car sits.

  • Lithia

The older community on FishHawk’s east side, home to Lithia Springs and Alderman’s Ford regional parks — car keys made on-site, gate padlocks and garage entry-door locks.

The work

Fobs, spares & the front door.

Car keys are where we start. Here’s how it goes when the car is parked at home in FishHawk or Lithia.

01

Push-to-start & remote fobs

A car won’t start on a new smart key until the two are paired, so the car is where the job happens: we program the fob, cut the little backup blade inside it and try both with you. If the old fob is only acting up, a fresh battery is worth trying first. See key fob replacement.

02

A key for another driver

Another driver in the family? Copying the key that still works is a smaller job than starting from nothing — the copy is cut, its chip registered with the car, and both keys tried before we leave. See spare car keys and transponder key programming.

03

Starting from zero keys

If every key is gone, the car still holds what we need: its VIN or one of its locks gives the key code, and the replacement gets cut and programmed in place — no flatbed to the dealer needed for most cars. Lost car key replacement has the details.

04

Lockouts, ignitions & house locks

Keys locked in the car are a lockout, opened without damage. A key stuck or broken in the ignition is an ignition repair job. And at the house, a move-in rekey gives every outside door one new key, and we install smart deadbolts.

Local highlights

Why FishHawk chooses Zoom.

  • The van comes to the car

There’s no counter to drive to. The key cutter, the programmer and blanks for most makes and model years travel in the van, so the key gets made where the car sits.

  • A free quote first

Read the dispatcher the VIN (the year, make and model work too) and the price is settled on the phone, before the van leaves.

  • Family-owned since 2018

Insured, background-checked techs, and a dispatcher who answers in English or Spanish.

Straight answers

Free quote on the call. No guesswork at the car.

Priced on the phone, not at the curb.

There’s no flat rate for car keys: the parts and the programming change from car to car. The quote comes from your car’s details and whatever is still on your key ring.

A free quote needs only the VIN, read to the dispatcher. The number you hear on the phone is the number you pay — nothing is added at the car unless you approve new work.

English or Spanish on the phone.

Someone answers the line 8am–8pm, Monday through Saturday. Tell the dispatcher the address, which car it is, and how many working keys or fobs you still have — and expect the tech to ask to see your photo ID with the car’s registration or title before making a key.

Sundays are our day off, and we don’t work overnight; a key lost outside those hours means leaving the car parked safely until 8am the next working day. With a child or a pet trapped in a hot car, 911 comes first.

questions, answered.

Live Dispatch · Mon–Sat 8–8305-528-1358

Yes — the tech works at the car, whether it’s in a driveway in one of the FishHawk Ranch villages, in Starling or in a lot by Park Square. Behind a gate or inside the garage? Give the dispatcher the gate code or tell them how to get to it.

Both. FishHawk Ranch and the rest of Lithia are on our route — 33547, plus the parts of Lithia that share Valrico’s 33596. North of the Alafia River, our Valrico locksmith page covers 33594 and 33596.

A few. The big one is Mercedes-Benz from 2015 on: only a Mercedes-Benz dealer can supply their keys, and no locksmith — Zoom included — can program them. A handful of the newest models also need a key ordered in first, or a step that only the dealer handles. Read the VIN to the dispatcher and you’ll know on the call.

On most makes, yes — it becomes an all-keys-lost job, done at the car. We cut the emergency blade to the car’s code (pulled from the VIN or a lock), and the new fob is paired with the car before we leave.

Yes. Have that key ready, plus your photo ID and the title or registration in your name, and the spare gets made right there in the driveway.
